Adequate water intake: All bodily processes depend on water. Dehydration is one of the main causes of daily fatigue. According to experts, six to eight glasses of water should be consumed daily to keep the body healthy.
Breaks between tasks: Taking a few minutes break from the screen benefits both the eyes and the mind. If you work sitting in front of the computer for hours, it will disturb your problem. So take a little walk between work.
Improve your diet: Eat enough carbohydrates. Fatigue does not occur when blood sugar levels are stable.
Adequate sleep: Fatigue often leads to poor sleep. For better sleep, go to bed and wake up at a regular time.
