4) Avoid food with excess oil and fat.
5) Use of oil in cooking should be reduced, food fried in oil should be stopped.
6) Get enough sleep at night
7) Be carefree
8) Avoid smoking or drinking habits.
9) Walk or do any exercise for 40-50 minutes at least 5 days a week.
Experts say that weakness and frequent breathing problems start about a month before a heart attack. Sudden excessive sweating is also a symptom of a heart attack.
Such problems should not be neglected and should be referred to a specialist doctor quickly.
However, heart disease can be prevented by making some changes in lifestyle. A heart disease free life can be achieved through special diet.
