1. Boneless chicken meat - 1 cup
2. Shrimp - half a cup
3. Cornflower- 2 tablespoons

5. Garlic paste- half teaspoon
6. Ginger paste - half teaspoon
7. Paprika powder/red chilli powder- half teaspoon
8. Egg- 1
9. Oil –
10 as much. Cashew nuts - half a cup
11. Chilli sauce- half cup
12. Tomato sauce- half cup
13. Soy sauce (Soy sauce)- 1 tablespoon
14. Vinegar- half teaspoon
15. Sisimi oil- half teaspoon
16. Chilli powder- to taste
17 Sugar - little
18 Vegetables (tomato, cucumber, green and yellow capsicum) - 1 cup
19. Chilli –
20 to taste. Coriander leaves - half a cup
21. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon.
How to prepare:
Mix chicken, shrimp, corn flour, salt, garlic paste, ginger paste, paprika powder and egg together. Now heat enough oil in a pan and fry this mixture of chicken and prawns until light brown. After frying, fry the cashew nuts in the remaining oil until light brown. Keep aside after frying.
Add chili sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, pepper powder, sugar and vegetables to the salad bowl. Now add green chillies, coriander leaves, cashew nuts. Mix everything and spread it with fried chicken, shrimp, cashew nuts. Add lemon juice. You can eat this salad with fried rice. It's nice to play like this.
