Ingredients for Rui fish filling:
5-6 pieces of Roi fish fillets, one chopped onion, one chopped tomato, 2 dry chillies, half a teaspoon of whole cumin seeds, 1 tablespoon of mustard oil, 2-3 cloves of crushed garlic, a little turmeric powder. , salt according to taste, a little hot spice powder, 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves, 1-2 chopped green chillies.
How to make Rui Fish Bharta:
Wash the fish pieces well and boil them in salt water. Remove all the bones from the fish. Heat oil in a pan and fry dry chillies. Fry whole cumin seeds and chopped onions in that oil.
When the onion is half fried, stir it with the garlic cloves and the boiled fish. After that, mix well with chopped tomato, salt, turmeric powder. Break up the fish with a spoon.
After stirring for a while, you will see that the fish is fried, and the tomatoes are also melted. Now mix it well with garam masala powder and take it down on a plate.
Grind the fried dry chilies with your hands and rub them with the fish. Grind chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves and chopped green chillies and serve the rice fish filling. This dish will be great to eat with hot rice or panta!
