Diet is very important for hair. Because it causes blood flow. which provides nourishment to the hair. Keep enough protein, vitamins, minerals, enzymes in the diet. Include fresh fruit, raw salads, green vegetables, yogurt, cheese, beans, pulses, fish, lean meats and eggs. Sprouted grains and cereals contain amino acids. They are most beneficial for hair. Hair Washing Routine
Hair should be washed for healthy hair. If your hair is oily, wash it three times a week. For dry hair, wash twice a week. Hair washing is not harmful. But in this case apply less amount of shampoo. Mix some lemon juice with the shampoo. It will make the hair very neat.
Avoid heat Do
not towel dry after shampooing. Wrap the towel around your head for a few minutes. Do not brush your hair when it is wet. When slightly dry, detangle the hair with a wide-toothed comb. Avoid using hair dryer. Let your hair dry as naturally as possible. Avoid using hair straighteners regularly.
