3. Keep underwear and socks clean.
4. Avoid extreme sun and heat. Use an umbrella if needed.
5. If scratched, take antihistamine medicine to prevent itching.
6. Change clothes if you sweat.
7. Avoid spicy food, coffee, alcohol.
8. Use deodorant to avoid bad breath. However, be sure to clean the skin before use.
9. You can bathe in water boiled with neem leaves to prevent the bacteria responsible for bad breath.
