The way to make it,
first of all, you have to prepare the rice. Take two cups of Polao rice in a bowl. Now wash this rice well and keep it.
Put half a cup of olive oil in a bowl. Can be cooked with other oil or ghee as is done in all polao. Add chopped onions to it. Fry the onions until dark golden. If the onion turns golden, keep it aside.
Add the remaining chicken pieces. Fry the chickens too. Keep frying until the chicken turns golden. Add little water when fried. Meanwhile, grind ginger paste, garlic paste one by one for a while.
Once grated, add chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and coriander powder to taste. Saute them till the tomatoes melt. Then strain it with sour curd until its water is absorbed. Now add 5 cups of water.
Now the water starts to boil and add the polao rice. After the rice is boiled, drain some water and add mango pickle, whole green chillies and potato bokhara. At this stage the flame of the stove should be kept on medium high and cooked until water comes along the rice.
Shake everything up and down once. When the water runs along the rice, reduce the flame of the stove and cover it with a lid. If the bottom of the bone is thin, you must put an iron pan on the bottom, otherwise it will burn.
