After Eid al-Adha, there is more or less meat in everyone's house. You can make delicious kacchi biryani at home for your loved ones. A mouth-watering dish is Kacchi Biryani. It is a favorite name for biryani lovers. Cooking kacchi biryani takes a little more time and ingredients. It also requires a lot of patience to cook. So first you have to know the recipe well.
How to make Kachchi Biryani-
What you will need to marinate the meat is
the entire run of Khasi, 1 tablespoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of ginger paste, 1 and a half tablespoons of garlic paste, 1 teaspoon of white pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder. teaspoon, half teaspoon of jaiphal powder, half teaspoon of jaitri powder, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 4 tablespoon of ghee, half cup of milk, 1 pinch of saffron, one cup of sour yogurt and 1 teaspoon of salt.
For cooking biryani rice
, basmati rice 1 kg, bay leaves 2, cloves 1 teaspoon, cinnamon 2, cardamom 5-6 and salt to taste.
For biryani layer
kababchini 1 tsp, shahi jeera half tsp, groundnut powder 2 tbsp, raisins (raisin) half tbsp, kewra water 1 tbsp, Berista 1 cup, ghee/butter/oil 2 tbsp, potatoes 4- 5 pieces, green chillies 5-6, black cardamom 2, potato bokhara 5-6 and flour/flour.
How to
marinate beef Wash well. Take another big bowl of water and add salt to it. Soak the meat in this salt water for 1 hour. This will make the meat soft and the salt will penetrate well.
After 1 hour, remove the meat and squeeze it with a kitchen towel to squeeze out the remaining water.
Now add ginger, garlic, white pepper powder, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, jaiphal powder, jaitri powder and chili powder to the meat one by one. After that add ghee, milk, saffron, curd and salt. Mix everything together and marinate for 2/3 hour.
Now take the meat in the vessel where biryani will be cooked. Add bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, salt, kababchini, shahi jeera, groundnut powder and raisins one by one. Now add potatoes and chillies. Potatoes should be lightly fried with little salt and turmeric beforehand.
To make biryani rice, take enough water in another vessel and add cinnamon, cloves and bay leaves to it. Now add basmati rice along with salt.
After that take the rice down. Now spread the hot basmati rice over the bowl in which the meat is kept. Cover it with 3 tablespoons of ghee, coconut water, liquid milk, green chillies, potato bokhara and saffron one by one.
Now cover the sides of the pot with the prepared dough. No side should be open. Keep it in the oven for the first 10 minutes on high heat and for the next 30-40 minutes on low heat.
