Just 10 minutes of exercise can make you feel better. When lack of time is not an excuse, spend just 10 minutes on exercise. Although everyone knows that regular exercise is beneficial for the body, there is no end to Alzheimer's disease. The biggest excuse for Alzheimer's is lack of time.
Maybe someone has planned to exercise for 30 minutes every day. However, no one thinks about the benefits that can be obtained even by exercising for just 10 minutes.
Mike Donavanik, founder of the online exercise training website 'Sweat Factor' in the United States, said in a report published on Well&Good.com, "Physical activity is beneficial as much as you do it. Be it 10 minutes, 30 or more than an hour. And adding physical activity to daily life should never be an extra hassle.”
'University of Massachusetts Amherst School of Public Health and Health Sciences' assistant professor and 'kinesiologist' Dr. Amanda Paluch says, "Exercising for just 10 minutes can be the foundation of building a daily exercise habit."
Referring to a 2018 Japanese study, Brendan Stubbs, a senior lecturer and 'psychotherapist' at King's College London, said in the same report, "Cycling for 10 minutes a day increases brain performance. That 10 minutes of exercise is enough to inspire healthy eating habits.”
“So whenever you feel like doing 10 minutes of exercise, think like me, how much changes in the real world in 10 minutes. That is, 10 minutes of exercise is not a matter of negligence at all.”
Donavanik also talks about the benefits of 10 minutes of exercise.
“A 10-minute workout will never give you a chiseled body, but there's no doubt that your mind will be in a better mood. Spending these 10 minutes daily on exercise will eventually become a habit. And that is the most beneficial aspect of doing 10 minutes of exercise. Develop a healthy habit.”
In his words, "This 10-minute investment every day of the whole life will give physical and mental peace, longevity, good health." And if you don't believe these things, I want to tell them that you have nothing to lose. Only 10 minutes. Did you get a little love? There is no harm.”
