Method: First, for the pita filling, fry one and a half cups of grated coconut with five to six spoons of sugar in a frypan. Now mix powdered milk, sugar, condensed milk and cardamom with milk and burn it. Keep aside if light yellowish in color. Then mix salt and ghee with water in a pot and heat it. Make yeast by mixing rice powder and flour with boiled water. Then knead the yeast very well in a bread maker while it is warm.
Now roll the bread and make pulipita with coconut filling. If pitha is made, put the pithas in boiled milk and cook for ten minutes. After 10 minutes, cook for another two to three minutes with coconut (Coconut) kept aside and serve delicious dudhpuli pitha.
