At least once in life we face acne. It is not limited to the mouth. Acne also occurs on the back and is very painful. Not only that, back acne causes hindrance in sleep, exercise and dressing. However, it can also be caused by environmental factors, such as dirt and pollution. Apart from this, acne is also caused due to stress and unhealthy eating habits.

Honey and cinnamon powder
Both honey and cinnamon have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which keep the skin free from free radicals. These two ingredients reduce skin inflammation and irritation. Take four tablespoons of honey and two tablespoons of cinnamon powder. Mix these two ingredients well in a bowl. Then apply on acne. Now leave the mixture for 15 to 20 minutes. When dry, remove gently. Doing this regularly for a few days will remove acne.
Aloe
vera gel is no match for acne protection. Take fresh aloe vera. Take the gel out of it and keep it in a container. Now apply the gel on the acne spot. Applying aloe vera gel several times a day will reduce acne.
Lemon juice
fights acne by reducing sebum production. Apart from this, the anti-bacterial content in it is effective in preventing acne. Take lemon juice in a bowl. Dip a cotton ball in it and place it on the pimple. Leave the cotton ball for 30 minutes. Do this one day at a time. Good results will be obtained.
Sugar and Coconut Oil
Sugar helps remove dead skin cells, removes dirt and excess oil from the skin. This is how sugar fights against acne. And coconut oil has anti-inflammatory properties, which prevent skin inflammation. Take half a cup of sugar and half a cup of coconut oil. Mix these two ingredients in a bowl. Now apply the mixture on your back for few minutes. Better to do this with someone's help. Then take bath. Doing this one day at a time will give quick results.
Yogurt
Yogurt contains lactic acid, which is very effective in fighting acne. Take a quantity of curd and apply it on the pimples. Leave for 15 to 20 minutes. Now wash gently. Do this two to three times a week to get the expected results.
Apart from being a powerful antioxidant, green tea also reduces sebum production and fights acne . Make a cup of green tea. Allow to cool. Now dip the cotton ball there. Place the wet cotton ball on the pimple. Leave it like this for 15 to 20 minutes, then remove it. Doing this three to four times a week will give good results.
Garlic
Garlic contains powerful antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, which help reduce acne. It relieves inflammation and pain. Take a few cloves of garlic. Now grind the garlic cloves. Then apply it on the acne. Leave for 30 minutes. Then gently remove it. Do this every day. Acne will decrease.
