Materials:
1. Khwa Kheer 1 kg
2. Flour 50 grams
3. Sugar quantity
4. Ghee as needed
Method
First, mix 1 liter of water and 250 grams of sugar and make juice. Care should be taken that the juice thickens. Add extra sugar if needed. Dip a spoon and see if the juice sticks evenly to the back.
In the meantime, take khoya kheer and flour together and knead it well. Mix 4-5 cardamom seeds in it. It will smell nice. On the other hand, adding flour makes the milk sticky. Now make small rounds and make rose jam.
Now deep fry the rosehips in ghee and then dip them in the juice. The sweetness will come out of the juice first. But dip the sweets in the juice by gently pressing with a spoon.
The longer you can keep it, the more the rosehip will absorb the juice and become soft and juicy. Then serve the tongue-watering golapjam hot. If you don't want to eat it hot, keep it in the fridge and eat this delicious sweet.
