Accumulation of fat in the mouth is always a painful thing. Accumulation of fat in the lower part of the face, especially in the muzzle, looks very uncomfortable. The problem is that the fat in other parts of the body can be reduced by diet, but it is not easy to get rid of the fat in the face. And even if the fat is gone, there is a possibility that the skin of the face will sag. Therefore, if you want to remove facial fat and also do not want any change in the facial skin, you have to do some special exercises. These exercises can easily remove facial chin fat and also tighten the facial skin.
Exercise-1
We can easily do this exercise by keeping our head up and down. Sit straight on a chair and look at the ceiling above your head and after 4/5 seconds lower your head and look at the floor. Try to bring the muzzle as close to the throat as possible while looking at the floor. It exercises the jaw muscles and helps to get rid of fat.
EXERCISE-2
We don't have a very good idea about pouting the face i.e. what is commonly called 'duck face'. We joke a lot about this thing. But this work is also a good exercise. Pout the mouth and bring the muzzle as close to the throat as possible. This will exercise the mouth and remove fat.
Exercise-3
Round the face and make an 'O' shape. Just as the mouth is rounded. Now stay like this for 20 seconds. After 20 seconds bring the face back to normal position. Do this 10 times. By doing this, the muscles near the ear, cheek and snout are exercised. And gets rid of fat.
Exercise-4
This exercise has a very interesting name. The name is 'Kiss the Ceiling'. For this exercise, first raise your face and look at the ceiling. Now make a kissing gesture. Stay like this for 20 seconds. This exercises the entire mouth and nose. Do this 10 times daily. Fat will leave behind very quickly.
Exercise-5
Sit up straight. Keep your back straight. Now lower your head and look down. In this position keep rotating the neck from right to left and left to right. Do this for 1 minute every day 3 times a day. Fat in the throat, snout and neck will go away.
Exercise-6
Lie straight on the bed. Lie on the bed in such a way that your neck and head are off the bed. Now try to raise the neck and bring the muzzle closer to the throat. Do this 3/4 times in one set. You will see that the jaw fat is going away very quickly.
